Diversity Champions is a 6 month Action Learning based leadership development program that can help your organization close Diversity and Inclusion gaps.

The goals of the program are to:

  • Align with your corporate vision and agenda for embedding a culture of inclusion and generating improved business results
  • Accelerate the development of “rising star” corporate leaders
