Action Learning

Diversity Champions is structured around diversity and inclusion building projects customized to your corporate agenda. We use an action learning approach where participants gain skills and experience by working on initiatives that are highly relevant and meaningful to your corporation and to them.

We consult with corporate sponsors and participants to define the right project that fits with the company’s D&I strategy and also fits with the participant’s specific leadership development objectives.

Some examples of Action Learning projects include:

  • Reach an underserved customer base and grow the business
  • Bring D&I principles to your procurement function
  • Break a glass ceiling or internal barrier
  • Improve your culture of inclusion and employment value proposition
