Diversity Champions is built upon a foundation of assessment data. At the start of the program, participants complete a 360 degree feedback process, as well as other diagnostic and diversity tools. Building upon the assessment, the coach works with the participant to create a personalized individual development plan (IDP). The IDP serves as the blueprint for the development activities of the following months.
We match each Diversity Champion participant with a highly experienced coach. They work together throughout the 6 months to identify strengths to be leveraged, and gaps to be addressed through targeted development strategies. This personalized coaching experience deepens the impact of the entire Diversity Champions program and helps challenge participants to push boundaries and achieve extraordinary results. Our coaches also work directly with internal sponsors to shape meaningful projects, provide resources and measure the impact.
