Time Commitment
Participants must commit to:
- An orientation evening
- Completion of assessment tools (a few hours)
- 5 full-day learning sessions
- 5 hours with their coach
- A closure/celebration evening
Variable Commitment
- Time spent on their Action Learning project assignment.
- Projects are tailored to each company’s specific agenda and priorities, therefore the time demands will vary – ranging from a few hours per week, to a more significant investment of time
