Who Should Participate?

Diversity Champions is targeted to the next generation of leaders in your organization. Participants may currently be in a Senior Manager, Director, AVP or VP role. What sets them apart is their consistent high performance and their commitment to helping your organization create a dynamic culture of inclusion.

The Learning Cohort

  • Diversity Champions is designed for 20-25 participants.
  • Our ideal audience includes 8-10 participating companies, each sending 2-3 people to the program
  • Customized, in-house programs are also available

We are looking for participants who are innovative thinkers, willing to meet challenges head-on with fresh new approaches. Diversity Champions get results by building strong, highly productive teams that make things happen, and their actions demonstrate a commitment to their own set of core values and beliefs – they lead by example. They are committed to success: their own, the team, your organization.
